Mark your calendars now for another great weekend. Last year was a sell out! You will be able to plan your own weekend of shopping, cropping, taking classes or all three. At Scrapology all of the tables will be set up in pods of four giving each scrapbooker ample cropping space. You will get over 32 hours of cropping time. If you like classes you may choose from 16 different fabulous classes that don't overlap. There will also be time to relax with your friends... and we couldn't forget an awesome gift. We will also be giving out door prizes and playing a few games. Food not included.

Doors Open Friday 5:00 PM (possibly earlier, but we will not know until further notice)
Cropping: Friday 5:00 (or earlier) until 1:00 AM
Cropping: Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Cropping: Sunday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shopping and Classes offered throughout Saturday and Sunday

Classes:
This year we will have a registration table for classes when you arrive at Scrapology. You will also be able to view the project being offered at that time. Some of the classes will be offered Friday night, then Saturday and Sunday. Each class will hold a max of 24 students.

Cropping:
At Scrapology all of the tables will be set up in pods of four giving each scrapbooker ample cropping space. You will get over 32 hours of cropping time. Crop seats are $80.00 for the whole weekend. Everyone will get to sit at the same pod as their friends. Please have one person be the captain of the pod and drop us an email with the names of everyone you want at your pod. If you have more then four croppers I will sit them at a pod next to yours. Please keep in mind that you might have new friends at your pod. We will be filling all seats.

Shopping:
Scrapology will have at least three awesome vendors on site. Each of the vendors will have shops set up with all the newest scrapbooking products to fulfill your shopping needs. The vendors that are coming are very excited to be joining us for this Scrapology event. They will have tons of new product ready go.

All shirts will have a three color full front print. Shirts are available in sizes Small through 3XL.

Jackets are left chest embroidered and are available in sizes Small through 2XL.
Thermal fleece jacket: $44.00
Full Zip hooded sweatshirt jacket: $42.00

Hotel:
Scrapology will be hosted at the Double Tree Hotel in Westport. Call to reserve your room now. Our rate is $89.00 per night. Make sure to tell them you are with Scrapology.

If you choose to stay at the Double Tree Hotel for this event each person in your room will be put in a drawing for $100.00 cash. We will draw this lucky winner on Saturday night.
